Don Sutton will take care of the emails and Julie Deak will send the notices to those who have not paid their dues.
BY- LAWS: Lisa read the proposed By-Laws that she and Don Brown have been working on. (A copy is attached). Changes: Article 4 (Section 6 C) : Change Association to "Group".
Discussion: Do you have to be present to vote? Can you send a proxy prior to the discussion of an issue? Who is a member: the business or the person? Discussion on Board of Directors, what is the value of the board of directors, what do they do that the membership cannot do?
Conclusions: It was agreed to delete Article 4, sections 1-3. Article 4 will now begin at section 4.
It was established that you must be present to vote.
Final thoughts included not having a board decide but having a quorum of seven (minimum) and a majority vote on business before the group. We are a business group not an association with no board of directors.
Lisa will revise the By-Laws and Don will send them out.

This year we voted to have CTM distribute to the Lakes Region . The cost of this service is $380.00. They have 35 locations in the Lakes Region.
Heart of New Hampshire also offers a distribution service. They apparently have 121 locations with 85 on the list for the Fall season. It would cost $484.00 for 3 months of distribution in the Lakes Region. It would cost $330 for 6 months of distribution (66 locations) in the Northern Lakes Region. and It would cost $285 for 6 months of distribution (49 locations) in the Northern Lakes Region.
Though we are not yet committed to CTM the group voted to go with them this summer and to further investigate Heart of New Hampshire for next year.
We should compare the list and distribute to those places no on CTM's list.
The group voted to leave the final decision in the very capable hands of Don Brown.
Diane Johnson is open for business. Hours are Friday and Saturday from 10-5 or by Chance.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45.
Respectfully submitted,
Patricia Carega
